How to nominate
Is there a person or organisation you feel should be recognised for their contribution to the growth of sustainable energy in South West England?
If so, don't miss the chance to nominate them for a 2008 South West Green Energy Award. Nominate them online or download this nomination form.
In previous years, the awards have concentrated almost solely on renewable energy, but this year many of the awards include energy efficiency criteria too.
Nominations are invited in the following seven categories:
- Best business innovation
- Most proactive local authority
- Best sustainable energy community
- Best large renewable energy scheme
- Best small renewable energy scheme (under 100kW)
- Best housing scheme
- South west sustainable energy champion
The awards will be made by a panel of independent judges, including experts in sustainability, business innovation, community projects and local authorities, and will be presented at a gala dinner on 25 November 2008 at the Bristol City Centre Marriot hotel.
